DC Tutoring & Mentoring Initiative (DCTMI) Volunteer Non-Disclosure Agreement

The DC Tutoring & Mentoring Initiative (DCTMI) recruits volunteers and places them with its partner nonprofit organizations and schools. In order to do so, we collect a variety of information from volunteers including their email addresses, phone numbers, volunteer preferences, and (occasionally) information on their strengths, limitations or disabilities. In recognition of the sensitive nature of the information, I hereby agree:

• To keep this information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of my work with DCTMI;
• NOT to share my DCTMI user account login information or passwords with anyone without express permission of DCTMI staff;
• To use a secure password on any DCTMI accounts that I may have access to and for which I set the password. (We use Lastpass, which has a great reputation for providing secure password management: https://www.lastpass.com/password-generator.)
