How to find good canvassers
Todd McCall started out shy, and ended up leading marketing and sales campaigns. He recruited a lot of canvassers along the way.

He describes "what it was that the activist who recruited me saw when he pressured the shy kid to launch out on his own with a clipboard. It is a belief in the cause (or product), a knack for general forthright honesty, and a belief that I'd succeed. These three factors are all that any canvasser needs to make an impact."
