Strategic Solutions is a 5-year (through 2003 -- and extended), foundation-funded
initiative dedicated to achieving a major and lasting positive impact on the
nonprofit sector's perception, understanding, and use of strategic
restructuring, thereby increasing the capacity of organizations to advance
their missions. Details on the project -- as well as descriptions of the
various options in strategic restructuring, tips, advice, case studies,
FAQs, and references to relevant written and electronic resources -- can be
found on the website at http://www.lapiana.org/.

"Strategic restructuring" includes mergers, collaborations, re-organization, etc., etc., etc.
