THE FLORIDA HISTORICAL SOCIETY: PRODUCES THE PRESTIGIOUS FLORIDA HISTORICAL QUARTERLY; BROADCASTS THE POPULAR RADIO PROGRAM FLORIDA FRONTIERS STATEWIDE; PUBLISHED HIGH QUALITY NONFICTION AND FICTIONAL WORKS BASED ON FLORIDA HISTORY; ENABLES IMPORTANT AND MEANINGFUL SCHOLAR AND PUBLIC RESEARCH; PROVIDES ESSENTIAL OUTREACH AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS; AND RAISES AWARENESS OF THE RICH AND DIVERSE HISTORICAL RESOURCES AND STORIES OF FLORIDA.
