Some may say you have to work hard for the money, SHARENM says NO WAY!

Every second is so valuable, who really has the time to sit down and apply for grant, after grant, after grant. Tweaking and modifying each time you submit and struggling to meet different parameters. NO MORE. SHARENM has recently rolled out a NEW online Common Grant Application stream lining the grant submission process for eight of New Mexico’s largest funders. This Common Application process comes in addition to SHARENM’s simple and easy way to research grants specifically applicable to you and your nonprofits goals and objectives.

Interested in applying? Getting set up is almost as easy as submitting!

Step One: Log in to SHARENM. Not Registered? Click on Register Now in the top right hand corner of your screen. Enter all of your information and find your organization.

                Associating your profile with your organization:    

      1.  Register and log into ShareNM.org

2. Click on the SHARE Resource Directory in the main navigation bar.
3. Enter your organizations name or part of the name in the top text box and click the 'Check to search name only' box. Now click the 'Search' button.
4. Click on your organization's name in the search results to view your organization's profile
5. From your organization's profile page click the 'Edit Profile' button at the top.
6. On the Organizational Overview tab, at the bottom of the form, select your association with the organization from the drop-down list and click 'Submit'
7. Now our system has you associated with this organization, and you can come back to apply for this grant.This is a one-time process and will not have to be repeated again when you want to apply for other grants or edit your profile information

Step Two: From the SHARENM Homepage click on the “Grantmaking: Search and Apply” hyperlink

Step Three: Select the Common Grant Application and “View Available Grants”.

Step Four: Click for more information or select “Apply Now”. Your information will automatically populate from your organizations profile (this is great and convenient, just make sure all of your information is up to date!).

                OR

                 Click on the map of Philanthropic Resources and refine your search for grants applicable to you and your organization.

Step Five: Reap the benefits.

After researching and applying for grants through SHARE’s easy to navigate system you will be able to find community partners and resources optimizing your own agency.
