Mission Statement: To build good citizenship by providing a volunteer association of local clubs dedicated to serving individual and community needs, with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.
Our 16 area clubs, work on a variety of projects over 100 a year, working to make local communities better places to live and work. We have over 600 members in the Albuquerque and Sandoval Area.Our next up and coming project is to have a large number of local Civitan Clubs participate in statewide Special Olympic games on May 21, 2011.Our clubs recently finished a tree and and bush planting effort in the Bosque.
