'Milestones' in the Life of a Nonprofit

'Milestones: Managing Key Events in the Life of a Charity' is an impressive guide offered by the Charity Commission for England and Wales. I like the way that it explicitly considers the ending of a nonprofit, as well as its beginning. See http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/publications/rs6.asp.  The IRS has launched a new online resource to help charities at every stage of their life cycles, from applying for tax-exempt status to filing annual information returns and even closing doors.
