How Non-Profits for Aging Can Use SHARE New Mexico

Whether you’re affiliated with seniors, caregivers, grandparents raising grandchildren or are a policy maker, you’ll find plenty of FREE resources on our nonprofit Aging Initiatives page. Here are a few ways that you can use SHARE New Mexico to leverage your resources:

#1 Post your event on our CALENDAR for Aging Initiatives 

This is your chance to get the word out about important events held by your nonprofit and your partners. Post your event on our calendar, and it will get seen by seniors, caregivers and other nonprofits in your area. The calendar is a simple way to reach more people, and it’s 100% FREE.

#2 Browse our LIBRARY for information on aging 

Need information, statistics or data about aging in New Mexico? Take a look at our Healthy Aging Library, found on the right side of our Aging Initiatives page. You’ll find dozens of reports, statistics and information about aging in New Mexico.

#3 Find funding through our GRANTMAKERS tab

The Grantmakers tab (found at the top of your screen) will take you to our special Grants & Grantmakers Map. This map allows you to see local nonprofit funders throughout New Mexico, giving you the chance to find potential partners who share the same vision and can support your efforts.

#4 Find nonprofit resources on our RESOURCES DIRECTORY

The Resources Directory tab at the top of your screen will allow you to search for aging agencies, political organizations, resources and more. Use keywords like ‘aging’ and ‘seniors’ to find information pertinent to your cause.

If you want to expand your reach, why not list your New Mexico nonprofit on our RESOURCES DIRECTORY? You can register by clicking ‘Register’ at the top of your screen. When you’re finished, go to the Resources Directory. On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a button that says ‘Add Your Organization’. Click it and follow a few simple steps to add your New Mexico nonprofit to the directory. We’ll add you quickly so that local nonprofits, government agencies and potential funders can find your nonprofit easily.
